Overtime Report
This report is only available for users from company code PHIL
(Philippines), and it has been designed to keep track of
overtime hours and pay.
To create an Overtime Report:
- Go to Payroll Reports, and click on Overtime Report.
- Set report filters as follows:
- Select Pay Period: Use drop-down menu to choose a period, or
use display calendar to set a different specific date range.
- Region: It will be set to APAC (Asia Pacific) by default.
- Country: It will be set to PH (Philippines) by default.
- Company Code: It will be set to PHIL (Philippines) by
default.
- Division: Select desired division, or leave * to include ALL
divisions in report.
- SBUID: Select desired SBU, or leave * to include ALL SBUs in
report.
- Location: Select desired location, or leave * to include ALL
locations in report.
- Team: Select desired team, or leave * to include ALL divisions
in report.
- Employee Id: Select desired employee Id, or leave * to include
ALL employees in report.
- Click on the corresponding option to set report level:
- Division
- SBU
- Location
- Team
- Employee
- Click on corresponding checkbox 'Send Me a Spreadsheet' to
receive report via email. An Encryption Password and a confirmation
will be required. If both fields are left blank, then login
password will be used as encryption password.
- Make sure correct email address is in the corresponding
field.
- Click on Submit to create report.
